Projet en cours cet été, en collaboration avec Alessandro Ludovico, fondateur et éditeur en chef de la revue Neural, l’Archive Neural et ARTEXTE : collecter des publications pour la « Bibliothèque temporaire des arts médiatiques québécois ».

Série initiée en 2017 par Alessandro Ludovico, TL@QC sera la 7e Bibliothèque temporaire à être constituée, après celles en Allemagne, Norvège, Danemark, Suisse, Portugal et Colombie.

Le projet « Bibliothèque temporaire » repose sur l’idée de dépasser les frontières traditionnelles des bibliothèques. Il consiste à rendre temporairement accessible la consultation de publications dans des lieux qui ne sont pas destinés à cet usage, afin d’élargir et de redéfinir le rôle public des bibliothèques dans une perspective contemporaine.

Ongoing project this summer, in collaboration with Alessandro Ludovico, founder and chief editor of Neural magazine, Neural Archive and ARTEXTE : collecting publications for the « Temporary Library of Québec Media Arts ».

Series initiated in 2017 by Alessandro Ludovico, TL@QC will be the 7th Temporary Library to be constituted after the ones in Germany, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Portugal and Colombia.

The “Temporary Library” project is based on the idea of transcending the traditional boundaries of libraries. It involves temporarily making publications available for consultation in places not intended for that purpose, with the aim of expanding and redefining the public role of libraries from a contemporary perspective.
